Return & Refund Policy

Omi & Ashé – Sea to Soul Care

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products. Due to the nature of our handcrafted and personal-care items (including sea moss gels/smoothies/juices, shea creams, body oils, and repellents), we cannot restock or resell returned items.

Order Issues (Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect)

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us—we’ll make it right.

  • Include: your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label (if damaged/incorrect).

  • Timing: contact us within 24 hours of delivery for review.

We’ll review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit when warranted.

Perishables & Handmade Goods

  • Sea moss gels, smoothies, and fresh juices are made to order and highly perishable—final sale.

  • Body oils, shea creams, and repellents are personal-care items—final sale for safety and hygiene.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we batch and ship quickly, orders can’t be changed or canceled once placed. Please double-check your shipping address and items before checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package shows delivered by the carrier, we are unable to refund or replace. If a package is lost in transit, email us and we’ll help you open a carrier claim.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Ingredients are listed on each product page. Please review before purchase. We cannot offer refunds for reactions or sensitivities.
